100% satisfaction guarantee. You may return or exchange any BIG BLUE Ozone Generator purchased directly through www.blueairproducts.com within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items returned under this policy must be in new condition.
To start an exchange or return please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. You may send the product back to us once we provide you with an RMA number. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order. You should expect to receive your exchange or refund within 2 to 7 business days after your exchange or return has been received.
Blue Air Products reserves the right to refuse any excessive or bad faith return.
All BIG BLUE ozone generators have a 5 year limited warranty. Ozone lamps are warrantied for 90 days.
We stand behind everything we make. If your BIG BLUE fails during the warranty period due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will send you replacement parts or repair it at no cost. If we determine that a repair is not possible, we will replace your product with the same or nearest model at our option.
To file a warranty claim please contact us with your original order information. We highly recommend you insure and track your shipment to us. We are not responsible for products lost during shipping. You are responsible for the cost of shipping to us, and we will cover the cost of return shipping (U.S. only).
